The only big mistake made by this app was international travel. It offered flights with connections from Europe through Abu Dabi on to India. I purchased them but the connection time was too short in Abu Dabi so I missed my flight and had to buy new tickets to get to me destination. It was a real mess. Be careful choosing flight options with connections.

I am Gold member and still writing this feedback MMT scammed me during ticket rescheduling. I paid in lacs, spent 3months discussing with 30+ to reach conclusion. MMT replies" You would have spent almost that amount anyhow, how does it matter, we forgot to book the ticket and left your deserted in UAE" I advise to book directly with airlines and earn reward points and for hotel use a Tripadvisor or some credible agency or directly with hotel.

Booked an international ticket and due to technical issues from MMT the ticket got canceled and there was no communication on the same. Calling customer care is a waste of time and they think they are doing a favor by returning our own amount. Raised the issue with customer care, but no use. They do nothing. Now i had to book the same by 3k extra. Dont use this MMT and get cheated. They had just sent an email, no call or msg on WhatsApp. No courtesy to call n inform also.
