Totally inflexible and terrible customer service. Refused to change date for tickets purchased. Wasted $1000. I do not normally write reviews but I will not be using this service again and would advise against anyone else. Also tickets are actually cheaper to buy directly!! (Universal studios Japan).

Rebooked a trip, right after finding out I booked the wrong station. Got charged extra fees. Book again another ticket and the app change the date. Didn't notice and booked the wrong date, could not cancel it either because it was passed the date when i noticed the mistake. Terrible interface and lacking information. The price, as it turned out, was actually more expensive than buying directly at the teller machine.
