Turtl is a private place to keep your notes, bookmarks, passwords, ideas, dream logs, photos, documents and anything else you want kept safe. Turtl's easy tagging and filtering make it ideal for organization and research whether for personal or professional projects.

Turtl takes your password from when you sign up and uses it to create a cryptographic key. It uses this key to encrypt your data before storing it anywhere on your device or on our servers. Neither your password nor your key are ever stored anywhere. This means that only you and those you choose to share with can read your data.

I love this app. A simple to use, straightforward, secure way of keeping notes. I hope the developers stick at it. My phone tells me "it was built for a previous version of Android". Perhaps there'll be any update soon🤞🏼

Update 1DAY later: Resolved itself, notes all accounted for. Good app for safeguarding, but be aware there is NO backup or online storage if the app/device fails temp or otherwise. Best used for casual, unimportant notes, which defeats the purpose - for my needs anyway. Thankfully my notes are back. May use for passwords Review As of most recent update I cannot log in. Cannot recommend app or developer. Use this at your own risk. I guess no big deal unless you lose important stuff, which I did

Great at security. The UI is a little cluttered and hard to navigate due to its chaotic feels but that's not what I use this for. It's mainly for security, so I don't mind it much. Overall, good at what I want it to do. Much better than a year ago.
