czgdrdd, 2024-11-20Terrible customer service. We used the bikes for Dia de los muertos and most bike racks were full. The only empty racks found were being blocked by sellers refusing to move. We were met with hostility for using the bikes during a celebration and we had to bribe the sellers to let us return the bikes, or we would have to go back to our original location. We tried to contact company at the time but no one came on chat. After, they refused to reverse the late charge then ignored us on chat.
