Robin, 2024-10-24Horrible customer experience. Absolutely not flexible company and very expensive tickets. Trying to solve an issue with customer support only results in hearing "according to rules of our company we cannot anyhow help you". Its kinda soivet way of doing business

Дмитрий Добровольский, 2024-09-11Session expires often and app logs me out. Not good when it happens while boarding the bus. Also the app would be more useful when frequent journeys are quickly selectable, instead of showing some random popular lines. I like the round trip discounts. But this is not specific to app.
