2024-12-02 | Chinmay Chapla | App isn't transparent about Limepass. You have to scroll through articles and conditions on website. Can't call it user-friendly. Also, when stupid bike goes out of non serviceable zone (which was weird as they placed bikes right next block of no ride zone). It will just stop without any indication as why it stopped. No message or notification on phone either. Took sometime to figure out the issue while lime meter was running.
2024-11-25 | Hyacinth “Hycee” | My account was flagged for 'suspiciois device,' so I contacted support to see how to resolve the issue because I've been using the same device the entire time, there shouldn't be a problem. Support said I "violated user agreement," but won't state how, and I haven't done anything wrong. Support says there's NOTHING they can do to resolve it. I was using Lime Access to get to where I needed to go from the homeless shelter, so I guess don't be poor and your experience will go smoother than mine.
2024-11-18 | Chris | I found a scooter outside my hotel. I had a 10-minute walk to del Frisco's. I downloaded the app in one minute. logged in using my Google account and was at the restaurant in 3 minutes. the app is pretty transparent about the fees it's going to charge. Even though this is a rating about the application, the quality of the scooters are decent as well
2024-11-15 | Nita Davis | The service is TERRIBLE. I'll activate a bike and 5-10 mins after I activated it it'll shut down on it's own even if I'm ridin it to where I have to pay again to reactivate it and it does this ALL the time to me. Even though I have it on a discount program it still eats my bank acct up fast because I have to CONSTANTLY repay to reactivate it again, it's like double chargin me for 1 ride, to top it off, there's NO way possible to speak to a live CS agent, u can request a call but they NEVER call.
2024-11-04 | Bradley Brown | The battery don't last too terribly long, and I wish they went faster, but there are so many scooters around the area that the battery issue doesn't really matter that much. For commuting, they do just fine but for joyriding, a 5 or 10 miles an hour top speed increase would be wonderful. All in all, I get five stars.
2024-11-02 | Andre Ellison | Unfortunately while it's super convenient, it's also very buggy sometimes to the point where it takes a frustratingly long time to end rides. I definitely waste time and money just to save time by riding lime. Need to fix the buggy app. It's just so bad lately because previously it has been good. Something changed. Maybe lime is using cheaper servers or having layoffs losing talent who knows.
2024-10-31 | GotIt | lime deserves five stars based on how awesome they are for providing the free rides program with snap or Medicaid. it helps so much with commuting around. the only reason it is not getting 5 stars is because it seems to not want to in the ride quite often and little charges add up. there should be options in the app where you can set it for loud alerts when it gets to a certain time or even an option to set the right off at a certain time safely. feel free to contact mean for improvement ideas
2024-10-22 | Francisco Montoto | The app works fine, there are a few things that could be improved: The locking for the scooter always just works, however the bike locking sometimes take minutes from the moment the cable is inserted and I click end ride until it actually ends. of course they charge you for all that dead time. I locked the bike a few meters into the no-parking area, so the app refused to end the ride. But there is no way no unlock the bike an take it out of the no-parking area, it needs a resume trip button
2024-10-03 | Dj2Lit | Look lime scooters are great. Easily available, easily rideable, and fun. However, when you try to end the ride, the timer keeps going and dragging you back to "end ride button". While it might not cost much, if you use it alot you tend to notice that this error isn't getting fixed, because it solely benefits Lime with the extra revenue while inevitable charging customers. Secondly, if you come across a faulty scooter, there is no refund. Even if you park it down the block and pickup another one
2024-09-15 | George Leatherman | Used it once 10 s3conds later I was in a no park zone and had to pedal it myself. Had to call to get someone to end the ride and get a refund. Second time using one ran into the same problem so I decided to ride to a train station way farther west instead this time. Of course the only way to the west side no matter how far you ride is 2 miles through a no park zone so you can cross the interstate. Used the app twice and it's been completely useless and makes you miss work. 5mile walk home now |
