2024-08-17	Coach Patrick PH	very unreliable, months of notifications pile up and there is no way to eliminate them than manually closing them INDIVIDUALLY, that is also the case if you open the app on desktop. the app ALWAYS(like 100% of the time) freezes everytime I am using it in both of my phones and I always receive the prompt "Lark is not responding" I have been using this app for years to communicate with my business partners, I don't understand why the app is not improving despite the updates DINGDING is better
2024-07-06	s	NEVER SHOW ALL THE STAR DOCUMENTS PROPERLY.Notification like "approved" also won't even show up. Notification always simply gone even after troubleshooting??? Cant zoom in in pdf.
2023-11-12	Viraj Mahida	Great app. Loved it. Please work on notifications, sometime it it notifies me on phone with the messages I have already read and replied on pc. Sometimes it don't show notification on pc as well as phone. And the mobile notification fades away from notification bar after few minutes.
2022-06-22	Crystal Eve Palma	It works just fine at first but today, the app suddenly force stops. I tried to troubleshoot by uninstalling and installing it again, clearing the data, and the cache but it still does the same thing. Please fix this bug.
2021-12-13	chad sor	No dark mode, awkward ui design that doesnt follow conventional and modern ux guidelines, functions almost like a web wrapper and not native UI, slow, janky and clunky. Messages and content doesnt even cache locally. No basic chat threading support, web version is missing even the most basic features like accessing favourite messages. No saved messages support. No active/away status. Bad design through and through. Utter garbage. Stay away.
2021-09-02	soham chatterjee	Desktop app will NOT take a login no matter how many times I enter the correct credentials. Same creds work on the mobile app. The notification system is haywire and there's no standard notification sound that appears on my device. I missed an entire call. I've used Slack before and this is like a minor anxiety attack after Slack. It's not just not good enough, I have actively missed out on calls and meetings. How I wish I could go back to Slack.

My phone has 4GB RAM but more often than not when I open lark it just keeps freezing and the system becomes totally unresponsive and doesn't let me do anything (quit, return to home, turn off screen), highly possibly due to RAM overflow. Had to hard reset the phone every single time. Need fix ASAP.
2021-07-23	Rifki Ismail	Overall good, but need some more feature and optimizations.. 1. Translation output is still limited into several languages. It would be much better if the language output is also available for all the existing language display option. 2. Automatic translation is often delayed and we have to wait or reopen chat for it to translate. 3. Adding contacts should be more optimized. For example, if we can use unique username, and can add people with username searches, that would be awesome.
2021-05-22	Annabella Shim	It worked really well on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet until after the last 2 updates. Now it doesn't work at all. Lags, hangs, jams eventhough I use a high speed WiFi network that nobody is using. And when I tested on my ipad, it worked perfectly. Please repair your Android app version. Thanks!
