very unreliable, months of notifications pile up and there is no way to eliminate them than manually closing them INDIVIDUALLY, that is also the case if you open the app on desktop. the app ALWAYS(like 100% of the time) freezes everytime I am using it in both of my phones and I always receive the prompt "Lark is not responding" I have been using this app for years to communicate with my business partners, I don't understand why the app is not improving despite the updates DINGDING is better

Great app. Loved it. Please work on notifications, sometime it it notifies me on phone with the messages I have already read and replied on pc. Sometimes it don't show notification on pc as well as phone. And the mobile notification fades away from notification bar after few minutes.
