| 2024-11-17 |  | | Slow and annoying, this mobile version of Kickstarter needs its own project to fund improvement. The recommendations are terrible, much of the content is not appropriate for younger audiences and there are no ways to filter the types of projects. I should be able to choose categories I am interested in (say tech) and be shown those offerings. |

There's no app help, it just redirects you to Kickstarter support. The app is stable and runs well, and it looks just fine. The functionality leaves something to be desired. 10/2024 edit - Being unable to zoom is becoming increasingly frustrating. I may uninstall and go back to the mobile website. |

If you have had reservations, please try it. You won't be disappointed. Just know the wait time is different with each game. You can ask questions and get answers. I have asked a ridiculous amount of questions and gotten answers. I am 61 years old and struggle with using all this new technology. I only have my phone to use. |

The app is much easier to use than going online, but these glitches mean that you have to go online anyway. Plus, the app needs to be able to sort successful pledges into those that have and those that have not been fulfilled. |

There is no option to bypass or close this screen. The app is essentially just a password change screen that doesn't even work for that. Complete waste of space and I'm am deleting it immediately. |

I tried changing a pledge to a different tier, something that should be incredibly easy on this app considering that's one of its main functions, and after finding the Change Pledge option buried in a side menu, it got to the confirm page and just wouldn't let me confirm. Nothing was being asked, the button was just greyed out. Went to the site and updated pledge in 2 minutes. App is utter trash. |
| 2023-08-12 |  | | When you open it up, it looks like a good UI that should work...and then you try to actually interact with it. 90% of the time, the app never functions when you open it up. When you try to look at your profile, the projects you backed never show up. You can't save any projects because the button never works. Scrolling is mostly just you wrestling with the app, trying to get it to move down even just a tiny bit. Worst experience I've ever had on an app. The website works so much better than this. |

It's a pain trying to look at anything in the app. You can't zoom in on anything, if you change the view (tilt your phone) it takes you to he top of the campaign, and more. There have been several projects I haven't backed because I could barely see most of the campaign. Came to update my review that this app still barely works and no improvements have been made. |
| 2022-08-27 |  | | Prior to July 2022, this app was working great. Unfortunately, I cannot save projects or look at any of my backed projects or messages. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail. Though this has been wildly frustrating, finding that others are experiencing the same issues is somewhat reassuring. The website still works well, and I will continue to use that until I find that these problems have been fixed. |

I'm unable to save campaigns for later/be reminded 48 hours before they end, I can't look at my own profile page anymore to see what I've backed or current statuses, it shows I have zero messages (which I know is false). I don't know what happened, but the app used to be PERFECT, and now, it's pointless. As a superbacker with over 200+ campaigns basked, this SUCKS. HELP!! |
