I mean, it's fine, but the UI is so clunky and counter-intuitive. I can't find how to mark a reward as received. There's no easy way to sort through backed projects. There's no app help, it just redirects you to Kickstarter support. The app is stable and runs well, and it looks just fine. The functionality leaves something to be desired. 10/2024 edit - Being unable to zoom is becoming increasingly frustrating. I may uninstall and go back to the mobile website.

It's great to have the opportunity to get new games before anyone else. Kickstarter allows great communication between us. I have backed many games and received each one. If you have had reservations, please try it. You won't be disappointed. Just know the wait time is different with each game. You can ask questions and get answers. I have asked a ridiculous amount of questions and gotten answers. I am 61 years old and struggle with using all this new technology. I only have my phone to use.

Since the update, I have been running into a number of problems. In one instance, it kept adding a "bonus pledge" onto my pledge. The app is much easier to use than going online, but these glitches mean that you have to go online anyway. Plus, the app needs to be able to sort successful pledges into those that have and those that have not been fulfilled.
