    Worst service Worst service is lesser word i have choosen. They said 4yrs service free but whenever I booked for service the technician never came and the token generated through online also closes without technician visiting the place of installation after 2-3days without me giving them the service otp. Two three months back I again booked for service, the service guy called and said your service is not free, I said ok do it, I'm ready to pay the service cost. This time also they didn't come

    Service engineer does not turn up as scheduled. It has been three days since I complained and am still waiting for him to turn up (Raghu Gowda). He always says he is busy when called but never turn up. Over that worst customer care center I have ever spoken to.

    Very poor service. No one responds even after calling, nor does anyone come for service.Customer care is also very bad. No one responds when you call.

    One star for the pathetic post sales service. The sales vendor has the right to cancel the service request as per thr will without giving any update, then what is the point of having post service OTP? Is kent even asking customers if the service was done when no OTP was shared to vendor? App does not give much details on the status of service ticket. Will be throwing away kent RO for its garbage service.

    Service from Kent is very bad. Technicians unnecessary push you to buy AMC and give false details of the problem to do unnecessary repair and charge you high repair fees. It is better to stay away from Kent.Thanks

    Sorry I didn't want to give any ratting other than zero. Suddenly logged out from the App and can't login again. How can I verify spare parts without logging in ? Also the service persons don't give any money receipt for the parts purchased.

    I strongly suggest not to purchase kent water purifier..the filters and service parts has to be changed every 3 to 4 months. I have incurred more than Rs.9500 in thr past 6 months.changed all the filters..within 3 months again i need to go for change of parts..worst customer support and no proper response.they are looting money from common people in the name of water purifier..all sub standard parts..i will never purchase kent water purifier in my life time..

    I bought a Kent RO in June 2024 and faced issues in October. Despite multiple service requests, no engineer visited. The company closed the requests without resolving the problem. Even after emailing them, I received no satisfactory response. It's November now and I still haven't received service. I wouldn't recommend this company as they don't provide after-sales service.

    Parts are very costly and you already bought Kent RO you will know every 3 months you have to change parts 2k to 6k every 3 month. Don't buy kent RO They charged me for their mistake. After 6 month parts is out of warranty and they do trick us. Parts is jammed amd need to change in just 6 month not worth buying and they have only 1 technician in my area which is not skilled technician.
