2024-08-14 | Katie Wilson | Fees are very deceptive. Canceled that first day. I was having issues with my email and the "expert" they gave me was no help. The expert kept saying log into your email and I kept saying I can't it's deactivated. We went thru this 3 times before I gave up and realized he was no help. Still got charge $56 for maybe 10 minutes of use. Customer service was no help either trying to deal with their membership cancelation. I ended up having to cancel my debit card. Sketchy all around.
2024-07-12 | Josh Ainardi | Deceiving, don't pay for the service. Got charged a whole month for only using this for a couple of hours and canceling my subscription that I didn't sign up for. Not what I was looking for. $5 joining fee that I was told about and a $46 monthly fee that was hidden because the message cut off while in the chat window and was not clearly posted on the payment screen. Don't waste your money. Refusing to refund my money.
2024-06-17 | Jennifer Alonso | Do NOT give them your credit card! I too felt the upfront fee was deceptive, but I dealt with it. I tried to use the service as much as I could to get my monies worth, but after a few days I canceled. if the story ended there this might be a 3 star review. I canceled May 20 and got a text and emailing confirming. ao imagine my surprise when my card was charged again on June 17th! An hour later and they still refused to refund me and I had to call and cancel my card.
2024-05-04 | Shelby Bertrand | if I could rate zero stars I would. this app cons vulnerable people into "agreeing" to a $50/month membership. I came to chat with a mental health professional, and ended up being told I cannot get a refund, nothing is private or confidential in any way and ended up with zero help. absolutely do not use this service unless you like throwing money away for absolutely no reason with zero benefit. it's confusing, convoluted, condescending and simply feels like a massive scam. I am very unhappy
2024-04-29 | Lou Guerrero | Ripped off for the initial $5 one-time charge, and then they added an additional $30 immediately. No response initially, and when they did, it is condescending. Complained through the app and had to call my bank. Now I have battle to prevent being ripped off further. Cancel any time is a joke. Buyer beware!
2024-04-06 | Mellissa Spindlow | Should have read more reviews. My fault for that. But the shady marketing is on them. I joined with the $5 join fee and understood there was a monthly charge after the trial. They charged the $5 join fee and $46 membership fee within an hour of each other. When I reached out to rectify this, I was sent a link to the checkout page that shows the fine print at the bottom that says it will be charged at the same time. Even the wording of that is misleading though. Anyway, steer clear.
2024-01-11 | Marlaina Lamoreau | They wait about a week or 2 after you have used their service then charge your bank account $46. Which is a recurring monthly fee until you cancel. They do not at any point tell you about the recurring monthly fee. UPDATE This app was initially advertised on Google as free, but once I created an account I had to pay a $5 fee inorder to speak with a professional. I didn't mind that. But a week or 2 after having used the service I have a charge for $46. I was never made aware of this recurring fee
2023-12-31 | Sheresa Absher | Do not fall for this service! I tried a membership trial. I had one simple question answered and a few days, realized I would not use this service enough, certainly for $34 monthly! So I cancelled it during the trial period on app. A charge appeared. I immediately got on the app and saw it was still active, cancelled again on app, and called to tell them problem. The representative was barely understandable, rude and hung up on me refusing refund! Scam!!!!
2023-10-05 | Nate W | Beware! Unlike some others on here, I tried to cancel the monthly subscription, but apparently was unsuccessful. Then I find out they've been charging my bank account $34 a month for 6 months. It's a business model that preys on people who forget or can't cancel. The customer service person was rude and unhelpful. They probably have some good experts on hand; but just know, they really don't care about providing a good service. They just want your money. They didn't even end up helping with the
2023-08-14 | Gary Olney | Don't do business with these con-artists! They lure you in with a low cost 1st time program, then make you sign up for the monthly membership. I canceled my subscription immediately when I realized I'd been duped! I didn't realize it until my bank statement showed I'd been charged for the membership. Apparently in the fine print of the Terms and Conditions, it states the 1st month's membership fee is non-refundable. They do this on purpose because most people don't read the T's & C's all the wa |
