2024-10-26 | Ricky Chandra | if i open the app at the same time the pushed OTP prompt is sent, then it won't show up in the app. And the push notification also disappears.
2024-02-02 | Robin | They took ma YouTube! This annoying company's SSO has managed to infect some of my personal Google accounts, like YouTube, even though I've never requested any such association. I also can't remove this shady connection, by deleting cookies, history, or by private browsing. I'm not just incredibly annoyed but also very worried about data protection and GDPR implications!
2023-05-27 | Miguel Nogueira | So far so good! Sometimes authentication requests time out (or the app doesn't show them at all), but other than that it's been very helpful. Edit: forget my previous edit: not sure what they did with the last update, but the app is now much snappier than it was before so my previous concerns are non-existent today. Adding a star! Totally recommend this for any JumpCloud user.
2023-05-06 | Brill Pappin | It does seem to work. When I try to authenticate, I never get a notification. I get it when the authorization times out and I click again. This is clearly not the intended behaviour.
2023-01-20 | Ryan Launchbury | Slow to open. Does the job, but compared to iOS, the android version is very slow to open which often results in 2FA prompts timing out when using push 2FA.
2022-12-19 | B. Tommy Jensen | The application works, but it is very slow on Android. It takes many seconds to approve a login request with the fingerprint - the app seems to hang for a while.
2022-10-23 | Tyler Kivari | Push notifications are totally broken with me Google pixel 7 pro. The notification shows up, but when I click on it, the app just hangs on the loading screen. To resolve, I have to restart both my phone and my browser every single time I need to log in to jump cloud. Very annoying bug that adds even more friction to my day to day work flow than jump cloud already did.
2022-09-14 | Gergő Takács | The app is slow. It takes forever to load the app that I can tolerate, but when I need to approve a request then it takes about 10 seconds to bring up the fingerprint screen. With the last update I lost the end of most of the texts including the security code. Usually I'm not using that, but when I will need it it will be a pain to get the numbers as I will need to copy and paste it to somewhere before I can see it.
2022-08-12 | Aljosha Friemann | It works well enough but missing some essential features: - push authentication needs to be able to override do not disturb mode. - push auth needs a way to lock the account
2022-05-24 | James Depew | The app will not launch. Uninstalled, reinstalled, won't launch. Can't work. The app also no longer shows up anywhere but in the play store. Not in Application list at all EDIT to 3 stars as the updated version now launches. |
