I like the graphics/functionality of the actual workouts on this app. However, they are relentless in trying to get us to upgrade to the paid version. I can make myself deal with being asked once every time I open the app, but to then make me wait several seconds (in which they count down a request for upgrading) before I can actually play a workout is just rude. We either want to upgrade... or we just don't. Later ~ I've changed to 3 stars; the app stops after Level 1 unless you upgrade/pay.

I tried another app prior to this one, but PFEI is head and shoulders above the others. Incredibly well designed, clean and simple interface, a ton of different options to set up your own plan though even the plans that are built in are excellent, especially when you're first getting started. I really think especially older men (like myself!) need to try this out. It will give you confidence that you can hold your bladder if you end up in a place where there isn't a restroom nearby.

I found this app while looking for another for kegels as well. I'm using the basic version to try before I buy, but I like this one much better with its simplified UI and just ease of use. Definitely going to be using this basic version to set good habits with this but even a subscription cost of $20 for the whole year is a steal of a deal if I've ever seen one. Definitely worth using.

A very helpful app. It's easy it spares you the trouble of timing, and counting. The App gives you reminders too. It makes exercises easier. I can even take a walk while doing the exercises if I'm using this app. It tells you when to squeeze and whem to rest and counts the repd making the process almost mindless. I tried pro version for a month, canceled, then signed up for the lifetime access.

This is a very simple yet effective workout regimen. The sessions are less than a minute long, the app has exquisite privacy options such as appearing as if you're reading an e book, and it's less than a happy meal per month for all these features. I have used this for over a year- and not only have I noticed results- my partner does too! A #MustHave if you're serious about kegals!

This app is simple, easy to use, with good tracking, goal setting, and reminders. It is great for long term use- I've gone through periods where I'm not great about doing the exercises but it's easy to jump back in at whatever level feels comfortable. I'm convinced using this app through my pregnancy helped avoid issues postpartum. You get a lot of value for the pro version, too, since it's an inexpensive one time purchase instead of a subscription.

Updated 03/18/2022: I've had this app for several years now. Reminders have always been an issue ...they never stay on no matter how much troubleshooting I do, so I gave up and set reminders elsewhere for the daily exercises. The "pro" version is supposed to be 750 different sessions (10 exercises over 75 levels)? Not true. After I reached a certain level years ago it has cycled through the same three routines in length and timing all the way through Level 75. I hope to find a better kegel app soon. This just isn't doing it to strengthen my pelvic floor.

App itself is super easy to use, not at all complicated, & the little "workouts" (±1 min each) are super easy - I'm an RN, & this has all the elements of truly *effective* patient teaching - it HAS to be do-able & realistic, or the patient's not gonna *do* it for long. This app is so well-designed w/simple instructions & customizable targets, that I end up having a little sense of accomplishment w/each workout & actually look forward to it - & that's *never* happened w/Kegel practice before!

Absolutely simple and does it job. Can work over music. I had to have the dudes voice do the voice commands to make it work but it works. Idk maybe there's a way to have music and just the visual cue. But either way I'm satisfied. The sessions are short (like a minute or less) and I'm able to do them anywhere anytime I remember. I know it's working because I got fatigued trying to do more workouts in a day. Thanks for the app!

I like this app alot. I don't have pro, so had to set my reminders with my phone clock which is fine. Today after using it, I was notified that more levels had been unlocked, I'm now on level 2. I explored and realized that I could change the prompt, so now instead of that robo voice I hear a chime. Somehow, it helped me to focus. I'll def keep using that app.
