Only configurations, passwords, contacts, and locations are available in the app everything else you have to go to the webpage for. No offline mode so no Internet no nothing. App has not been improved since I signed up with ITGlue almost a year ago. Mostly I just login to the website and don't use the app. | |

It usually doesn't accept my password unless I hit the button to make it visible, and it forces reauthentication after an absurdly short time. In the app, the interface is poor, even something as simple as grabbing a Wi-Fi password takes 4-5 minutes due to slowness and errors. Two stars because it's technically functional, if only just. | |

(Don't let your phone screen lock!) The app is rather clunky and there are features that don't even show in the app (like documents) I understand that security (given what the app is to do) is important but it would be cool if it had a "last viewed" when you have to sign back in. | |

2022-06-13 | Ian | Even when I have 5GUC coverage through T-mobile or I'm on wifi I am never able to log in. I keep getting a prompt that says slow or no internet please try again later. I am also using a Samsung Galaxy S22 as my mobile device. I should not have an issue whatsoever logging in. I would give this 0 stars if I could. This app just needs to be removed from the public since there is no sort of support or development team working on improving it | |
