2023-09-22 | Prasoon Singh | The app interface is sick seriously irctc needs to work on this I've tried more than 10 times but when i reach the payment interface everything gets cancelled for no reason they want me to waste my time by filling same details again and again seriously i gave it 1 star because the rooms are descent and economical but what you gonna with the decency when you are not able to book the room and make payment for that its a serious disappointment | |

Rate is also cheaper compared to private operators. Good guides and train managers to follow up trip activity. But RR alloting staff at station need to be educated about digital gadgets and how to understand passengers submitting their bookings through this App. Many places RR alloting staff is unable to get details of booked RR on their office computer. And this becomes their basis to refuse RR to passenger who is genuine and yet suffers due to staff inability, computer system failure. Staff at stations must have this App |
