The app interface is sick seriously irctc needs to work on this I've tried more than 10 times but when i reach the payment interface everything gets cancelled for no reason they want me to waste my time by filling same details again and again seriously i gave it 1 star because the rooms are descent and economical but what you gonna with the decency when you are not able to book the room and make payment for that its a serious disappointment

What is reqd is :- 1) On feeding PNR details of entire ticket & easy print out. 2) Ticket booking method. Details of all Trains & availability of Tickets. 3) Ticket Cancellation method should be very easy and Refund. 4) Your App is so faulty, Money is paid online for Ticket booking, but Tickets are not booked. We never get sms of having Refunded our money for Tickets not booked. 5) Position of Coach & Platf
