The standard delivery type is set to be +1 day but the process will immediately show that they are preparing to send out the order, and you cannot change anything. Even if you cancel the order, you need to wait for 15-20 days to get money back. | |

2024-08-30 | Jennifer Alice | We ordered online and it first showed that they are waiting for a driver. Then all of a sudden the app showed that the order was canceled. I tried to contact live chat but the app closed every time. We went to get our own groceries and half an hour later somebody delivered. Now we have double the groceries and nobody refunded me for the "express delivery" that didn't happen. They also charge 4x what grab charges even thougu they are using grab to deliver. Deleted the app. | |

Just wasted almost 2 hours trying to order groceries from the website and then this app. First, the confirmation emails took 15 minutes to arrive. Then everything is extremely slow. You spend more time waiting for the product images to load than shopping. Then, once you finally get the whole order the payment failed. Twice. But there order still says that it was received so you're left wondering. It's not until half our later the order gets cancleled. |
