Worst upgrade ever.....basket empties daily before I can order.. 100s of calls from Tops IT staff, happens to hundreds of customers. They CANT FIX IT lol

The WORST delivery merchandise ever! The standard delivery type is set to be +1 day but the process will immediately show that they are preparing to send out the order, and you cannot change anything. Even if you cancel the order, you need to wait for 15-20 days to get money back.

App is very poor and underdeveloped. Chat with support drops whenever you change pages and no way to go back but need to restart the whole conversation. Ordered express 1 hour delivery for extra payment and received a next day morning slot instead as the shop was not making more deliveries on that day, but the app didn't mind confirming my order and charging express fees Instead of notifying that express delivery is not possible.
