Then when I was looking for the app in the app store it wasn't even there. What are yall doing??? Edit. The app is still straight dirt. Glitches when typing in the stories. Still a few glitches in posting. Joke of an app. |

The entire reason that I use the reels feature is to make a fun photo montage of something that would otherwise have been a long clunky photo post on another platform. Also, why do you offer a music selection which isn't actually available? Choose a song and your post will be muted. What's the point of that? You offer copyrighted songs and then you mute the posts. Not super user-friendly. |
| 2024-11-26 |  | | Fine app with one glaring problem: HDR videos override your screen brightness to maximum settings. No way to regain control whatsoever. Makes it miserable to use in dark areas. Googling the problem tells me that the video's brights are brighter for added contrast. But if I pull my notification bar down, the screen is still blindingly bright! So the video itself isn't bright. It's a display settings issue. |

Using a OnePlus 8T. 1) the app has started cropping photos and making all subsequent photos in a photo set square 2) It also keeps showing messages I've opened as unread 3) When I take a photo for my story with no filter on through the back camera it automatically over exposes it. It's only fixed if I add a filter before taking the photo. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | This app won't even open for me. I keep getting an error message saying to the gist that Instagram can't be opened until the bugs are fixed. I do a lot with Instagram and keep up with a lot of my family because of Instagram. Now, there's no way to contact those family members. Please fix the bugs ASAP!!! I need my family and friends again. If I could have left zero or negative stars, I would have due to whatever Instagram did to start the glitches and bugs. |

When I tried reporting the problem, it kept giving me an error message saying that the report was not sending. I tried alternatives and they failed to work. All of a sudden, I'm dealing with an issue trying to post multiple photos. it's automatically changing the size from the first to the second, I don't get this! if I choose to make my 1st photo as big as possible vertically, all the rest of the photos should follow that same sizing right. So why are you making my 2nd photo square? |

Just more ads. 2 ads in a row? Not enough. 3 ads? You're joking! 6 ads? You're finally getting warmer. MORE ADS! I LOVE IT. That's all I wanted out of an app that markets itself as a social media app that connects you to people. ADS. |

I regularly have new issues with trying to post a carousel of photos; it used to be that the photos would post warped (or not post at all), or that it wouldn't retain my selected filters, and the latest problem is I'll try to post multiple portrait orientation photos and the first will be portrait, the following images will be cropped to a square for no reason. I'm STILL waiting to be able to post more than 10 photos. Constant letdowns. |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | Loved this originally until I got hacked in October of 2024. I have tried every way and can't get it back. There is a bug in the selfie video portion that keeps crashing. There is no way to contact Support and get help. I have done friend verification 3 times and still can't get in. There should be a way to reach Support and prove who you are with an ID. |
