2024-07-19 | Matt VandeWater | It works well, and I enjoy using the app, but doesn't have the same functionality as the desktop version. Given that agents are constantly on the go, it would be an amazing app if they could find a way to integrate it all into the mobile version. | |

2023-08-31 | Steve Mallory (TSH Enterprises) | I use the app through eXp Realty. Web version is pretty good, but this app is not. Whatever update was done earlier this year didn't help with some of the things other reviews mentioned. Texting is sluggish and often freezes unless I close all other apps first. The "timeline" for leads doesn't load if it gets too long, or at least that is what it seems. The labels for changing status don't show up for me when I click on the button to update say from a new lead to active lead...on and on it goes | |

Sometimes it doesn't even load my contacts and then it takes a long time to load any information or communication from them. Please fix this or update this I've never seen the CRM system that is this unusable on mobile apps. Also we have a smart number for our team and I can't figure out how to call out from it. Easy to do on my computer when it calls my phone and makes it plus 1 to make the call but not working on mobile. | |

I'm getting leads and when trying to communicate with them via text, it's freezing up making it very difficult to communicate from my phone with leads. 2023-02-01 | Bobs “theOne” Hernon | I've been using software since DOS was the latest and greatest. kvCORE is one of the worst ever. Product shows no expertise in software design by the company as measured by productivity and efficient use of time. Basic obvious bugs, design flaws, and missing data everywhere. As someone described it, they just spit out features (useful or not) as fast as they can to get to the next round of funding. Try anything else 1st. If your goal is to generate massive spam output, this might work though | |

Sometimes it'll hang and keep going very laggy, other times it just crashes. I hope it gets fixed soon, I really enjoyed it prior to this. | |

I can't type a single sentence response to any text messages received from Leads, it freezes and then locks my phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra) up, no issues with any other apps. I always have to go and use my PC / Laptop to reply, so much for having access at your fingertips. It needs a major overhaul!!! | |
2022-11-11 | Ismael Rodriguez | This is not good. It makes my phone soooo laggy everytime open it and it's ONLY this app. This was on my last phone and now a brand new phone too. When I get a text and click to open the notification it takes forever to open, if it ever opens. And a lot of times when it does open it'll be to a totally different contact. |
