It works well, and I enjoy using the app, but doesn't have the same functionality as the desktop version. Given that agents are constantly on the go, it would be an amazing app if they could find a way to integrate it all into the mobile version.

App keeps crashing after tried reinstalling to fix issues that support couldn't. Now I guess I am stuck with just laptop version? Literally will not stay open.
