Parking payment takes ages - the app is unable to store vehicle registration numbers, unable to retain payment card information, unable to apply members discount - all have to be input for every park session on top of the unpredictable spinning circle. Pretty standard app functionality is absent. | |

And my barcode isn't showing at all, so I can't use it to get through the barriers. Even if it did work the layout is a mess and I don't understand why I need to nominate a specific centre if they're all part of Better. A really poor experience. | |

There should ALWAYS be at least a 2 step confirmation process for cancelling a session, and any process. I am not a member so get no credit, and now I cannot go for the swim. | |
