The app and the website are tedious to use. Searching for session slots is incredibly slow, often never ending spinning search circle. Parking payment takes ages - the app is unable to store vehicle registration numbers, unable to retain payment card information, unable to apply members discount - all have to be input for every park session on top of the unpredictable spinning circle. Pretty standard app functionality is absent.

Simply doesn't work. Despite my account showing in the Accounts section it's asking me to log in with my e-mail address and password when I try to book an activity. And my barcode isn't showing at all, so I can't use it to get through the barriers. Even if it did work the layout is a mess and I don't understand why I need to nominate a specific centre if they're all part of Better. A really poor experience.
