    Doesn't work properly logs out continuously, live chat is terrible go through the whole process for the agent to disconnect you after a minute of inactivity you know I could be on the toilet or having a drink. I see the company is scoring terribly on customer service. you need some consultants for a fresh outlook on things like this. I'll go with a different network when the contract is over.

    Been with 3 for years, the customer service is fine, bordering good! but the app is shoddy, have seen better quality and less bugs in startup company apps. It's pretty shameful for a large mobile network.

    Probably by far the worst function app there is on the market. Games that are littered with ads have better functionality than this. Always failing to load all/partial data, crashing. Not allowing me to log in, not accepting new bank details for DD as 'something went wrong' Due to this, i will not be able to pay my bill and will be left without services despite numerous times to update the direct debit. I will be leaving this company the moment i get the chance. Would not recommend ever.

    I do have more then one number But application only can manage one number... When inputting other number goes back only to une number Very basic can you not handle more then une number on same email . At some point i had 4 contracts and i used to like the three,not any more slow and sales are misleading customers.i had a month roll over contract with rooming just to have a call from sales offer more data on a 12 month contract, that i rejected because i would loose rooming bu Very basic

    Mobile data not working in the town centre, cannot buy tickets for train,cinema,or see the bus times or where they are on the map..this has been going on for about a month. I have been to the three3 store and i phoned up twice and they know there is a problem..so i was offered £3.13p and then they offered me £6.00. Incredible . DEC 2024 Still the same Rubbish.

    The worst mobile experience I've ever had. Tells me they updated the app and need to re-register. No email address works. Not old one, not new one, nothing. When I log in, no luck. When I re-register, no luck. I only wanted to install ot because I saw a strange charge on my account. Absolutely useless!!!!

    I've been with 3 for many many years now, and have to say the app has always been rubbish,!!! It's not frustrating enough that when you try to contact them from your device via a phone call, or chat on the app, the language barrier can be a huge issue. Please update or upgrade your system it's a nightmare!!!!!!

    Unidentified error code still persists after entering text pin code. To add to this and 'can't play video' message appears when opening the app in the latest version. How can there be so many errors in such a popular international companies app?

    Firstly the app basically works. Now to the bad thing. Yes its the log in system. It's just basically broken, and has been for years. You have log in manually everytime even if you remember the details, choose stay logged in or use biometrics. The actual app is very basic and looks like a my first app from a student made in 2010.

    Broken, buggy app like something from the 80's. You have to enter your email, password and verify your mobile number with an SMS every time you open the app - even if you just minimized it and want to check your data. Payment barely works and is extremely buggy, I was overcharged twice by £10, with non-existent support. Quit and pick a different provider if you still can.
