Kaia Keller		 For some reason this, once well loved and worked without any hassle nor confusion app, malfunctioned and stopped working all together as VLC remote for the program on the compute (even if yiu are on the same exact network and have a comparable android device). Not just this ~ lite ~ version of the app doesn't worm, all the other ones stopped working all together as well!! Has this really became the very last of the good times with,once dependable and the BEST media player to use??

Gašper Primožič		 Im extremely happy with this app! One problem I started having with the latest version/new phone[s22], was that i couldnt change the drive from C:/ to any other drive when browsing amd clicking "..". I suspect a NPE is thrown somewhere.. otherwise amazingly useful tool!

TJ Huntley		 Does not work with newer phone PLUS it tries to get you to download something from a source outside Google Play AND it asks for permission to your contacts. Why would a remote even need that? Sounds sketchy.

Dano Misurda		 i was able to pair it with my pc, it loaded folders buti was unable to do anything else. if this is preview of the paid full app then it didnt convince me to buy it. because i worry the full app will be broken too

Stella Rimington		 Pointless. You can't pause video and cannot play from folders. I have the paid version on my phone and was helping a client over the phone, they said the app doesn't work. I just tried this on an old android phone and sure enough, no pause option or play from folders. Only option is to pay £2.89.

Dylan Armstrong		 This app worked great, til it didn't work at all. I've tried everything I can think to connect it to my computer including running all updates and even reinstalling both VLC and the remote. I've tried pairing on multiple devices. I've tried manually pairing. Nothing. There is also NO way to talk to the makers of this app for help and support that I can find. I really do wish I could give this app 5 stars but right now it is flat out broken and totally unusable.

Justin S		 App was pretty simple to get working but now after last update is is force closing every single time I select my pc. Hopefully, this changes and I can raise the rating back to 5 and not have to lower it to 1.

sahasurara		 I had this set up in 5 mins and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Only problem so far is that I haven't worked out how to switch subtitles within the app. If i can do that then I'll pay for this whether i need the added features or not because this is exactly how i want to shop for the apps i need. Thank you for this. Much better than trying to do it through remote pc. Edit: VLC won't play subs when casting to tv so it's not the app's fault.

Dan M		 Constantly not working. Setup program, help files, wiki, none of it works. Good thing it's free, but there's no way I'd ever pick up the period version.
