Afterwards it stands that the customer executive will revert back, which never will. Then there is mail through which we need to update our grievance. But we will never get any reply or resolution. On top of these issues, all the recharge amounts will first go to this app's wallet and then I'll have to make the wallet available in fastag balance and there is no way to reverse the wallet cash back to my account. 1-star because, since fastag is slowly becoming a much needed product, the apps must be equally dependable | |

They have disconnected my call without even caring to understand my issue. 2) They are charging 200 for delivery and it has been 16 days and my fastag not yet delivered. Better to take it from toll itself instantly. 3) I will call them scammers. They don't even provide you with tracking ID for your currier even when asking them several times. 4) I have faced a lot of inconvenience and loss due to them. | |
