    I ordered a fast tag. But no way we can track it in the Aap. Also in the address, we don't have option to give space. There is only very limited space to give the address. Please fix this issue. I called the customer care multiple times. Some how i fixed the issue.

    The app is not customer friendly. The customer support is almost nil. Yo get the same there is WhatsApp channel in which they ask each and every detail. Afterwards it stands that the customer executive will revert back, which never will. Then there is mail through which we need to update our grievance. But we will never get any reply or resolution. Overall worst app

    What a stupid app it is. I am not even able to fill in vehicle details on the app. I am able to fill in upto vehicle details only, it simply doesn't scroll below this. How do I proceed with other details like bank? Their customer care is a joke. They have those press 1 for this, 2 for that, and that's it. Nothing happens.
