For the most part you can see where the drivers are on the app. What I give a thumbs down on a frown is the drivers picking up the ride and app saying 4 mins until pick-up and they don't arrive until 20mins later! Or pick up the call 15mins away👎🏾😡 |

Sometimes they come earlier than scheduled by ten minutes but I simply state I'll come out at the time I scheduled and they wait for me without extra charge. The prices are fair and the drivers call when they have reached your pickup address.
