The app it's self is great! No long holds on the phone. For the most part you can see where the drivers are on the app. What I give a thumbs down on a frown is the drivers picking up the ride and app saying 4 mins until pick-up and they don't arrive until 20mins later! Or pick up the call 15mins away👎🏾😡

Sometimes they come earlier than scheduled by ten minutes but I simply state I'll come out at the time I scheduled and they wait for me without extra charge. The prices are fair and the drivers call when they have reached your pickup address. If you're sending someone you can keep tabs on the car through the app to make sure they got to their destination and she for knowing the location of the car while waitin
