I am not sure if there was an update or what but I am unable to use in the morning unless I open app. Then it works the rest of the day....kinda....very slow now. I am not the only one experiencing this.

Used to work fine till yesterday, now it's draining lot of battery, it has consumed 58% even without using. If I try to report on the app the submit button opens share option..

It works when the app decides too..ever since the last update the app doeant want to open after multiple taps on the icon.. Have to hit it Now I have to unlock phone and open the app even when it's running in the background.

I have given the permissions to run the application in background thereafter I always need to open application first to unlock the door. Please check the issue and fix it.

The app works fine, it needs one improvement to make it much better. There is no need to have the icon always display. The app is always running anyway, and having the app always display at the top of the screen is unnecessary.

Good experience. You could take this out to the next level by allowing us to rename readers that we have favorited. So many readers are within scanning distance of the phone and there are often multiple favorited readers.

the app acted differently to two mobile device of the same model. one of the device can only detected by nfc. besides, some other mobile device users are forced to use an option that they don't prefer, lame excuses were given different mobile uses different o/s will have different behaviour when using this app. shouldn't this app robust enough to cater all o/s?
