A few bugs with the app, sometimes frustrating. But I can't live without Hey Jude. Life-changing for a busy working mom with kids who needs to run a household as well.

Sami Rasheed, 2023-10-24The new app is buggy and incredibly difficult to use. They need to urgently fix it. The web interface is just as bad. Tasks vanishing, tasks prematurely auto closed, task updates missing, messages vanishing. The service is great but the app makes the experience really bad. Would have given the service 5 stars. The agents do a great job with the tools they have. Don't push an untested app to your user base. Will revisit this review once the app is fixed.
