The app (and service) is absolute trash. My miner keeps going offline despite having great connection, and it says it needs attention. As I try to pair it to bluetooth to troubleshoot, the app crashes. Of course it took them over a year to get miners out to people who had made purchases over a year ago, and now the service is no longer profitable. Trash ponzi scheme project.

Julio Ramirez, 2022-07-17Optimization feature is turned off and says it will be off until the end of 2021 and will be back on in 2022 but even though it's mid-2022 the feature is still disabled. It's difficult to set the location on the map, zooming in and out is buggy, map keeps resetting location while zooming, setting up new hotspots is extremely buggy.

Benjamin Phillips, 2022-05-24Why is signing in so tedious? Asks for pin, start entering and app freezes. Then asks for fingerprint and accepts but then goes back to requesting pin, enter a digit ... long pause ... finally unlocks without full pin entered. Really slow and annoying. Other than this the App isn't too bad. I will increase stars when App login is improved. Thanks!
