2024-09-26 | Donovan Johnson | 2 times I've booked a trip they got delayed by over 6 hours and many people I've met on both trips have had the same issue happen before. This is ridiculous to happen multiple times for many people. When I even ask the people at the desk it's like I get ignored and they don't even tell me what's going on. One time I even got stuck here for hours my bus was so late because they didn't even have a driver for it, but they still had it available for booking. The inconsistency is unbelievable | |
2024-08-22 | Juby Phonic | There are a couple of problems with this app. Number 1, when you ask for a refund, you will never get back the full amount, and they offer it back in coupons. If you purchase a ticket for 20 dollars and cancel within 5 minutes, they will give you about 5 dollars in coupons, not cash. Before the ride starts, get the drivers to check everyone's ticket number and seat before taking off because I always pay for the window seat, only to end up finding someone sitting there who doesn't want to move. | |
2024-08-09 | Obscura Obscuris | This app is a waste of time. You could use Google maps on a local bus line with better consistency, as well as the ability to tell which terminal you are boarding. Every stop you make while traveling requires you to get out, talk to inattentive tellers which wastes time and if they make you miss your bus they refuse to refund you within 15 minutes of making your purchase. Very dumb, very money grab, use a different service to travel even air this one sucks time and money. | |
2023-12-13 | sherry slinker | Garbage app. I had to claim 4 separate refunds after I booked 4 tickets then they were instantly canceled. $67 each time and 7 days to see it back on my card. Wow. Had me frustrated and thinking they actually WERE canceled which had me extending my vacation and it became expensive after the hotel bookings, etc. I found out later that they WEREN'T canceled at all. I've never had any issues booking before on the app. Makes me want to find a completely different way to travel to visit family. | |
2023-09-07 | David Budde | If you call to get your trip reschedule, you better have your booking number memorized because if you mess up, instead of giving you another chance to input it, it just says your wrong and it hangs up, so then you have to listen to the whole privacy policy intro all over again. Then once you finally get it rescheduled, and you want to submit a complain, then you have to hang up and call customer service, but customer service isn't receiving any calls rn, 😮💨 | |
2023-07-28 | TE Barnett | Worse app I have ever used. It forced me to book a round trip as 2 separate reservations and got the dates wrong, which had me leaving, and returning before I left. When I tried to fix it using edit, it only allowed me to change 1 of the reservations, and calling customer service cost me the price of a whole new third ticket. Ending up could have flown with an airline for less due to the extra charges caused when got the dates wrong. Terrible app and tremble customer service. | |
2023-07-11 | Robert Roper | Seems reliable enough. The bus tracker needs a couple improvements. The live position should update automatically instead of requiring the user to hit the refresh button. It should also allow use of the traffic layer, so the user can understand delays... The tracker is powered by Google Maps, so it shouldn't be an issue. Additionally, hitting the refresh button should not zoom all the way out to the full route. It should zoom in on the current position and destination, or not move at all. | |
2023-07-09 | Jen M | Service has gone downhill fast. The app itself is not easy to use. In fact, I have to delete the app and purchase my ticket online. I like that I could reserve a seat and even pay for the seat next to me to ride passenger-free(this is exrta nice as I'm disable and the extra room helps with pain). Don't like that my reservation/booking was changed by Greyhound, and I was issued a refund voucher. Greyhound made the change to my ticket, and I should be refunded to my original payment method. | |

But when your app offers potentially very useful features like real-time tracking that almost never work, it really damages the experience of using it. I'm not blaming the app developers directly since it might be an issue of access to data, but in that case the feature should just be removed until it's functional the vast majority of the time. | |

The way it is, is fine and is easy to work with. if you book trip after feb 22 it will be very confusing and difficult to work with the new booking system. I like being able to enter zip codes in or find different cities. Like if i choose portland, OR to go to, on the new booking system it wont even let me choose that place. Why change things when they are fine the way they are. Very sad and disappointed that they are changing the app. |
