Can't recommend this app, expected too much at first. Longer delivery time than other delivery app. They prepare the food first before booking a rider, so what if there's no available rider? We need to wait more than the expected arrival time. Instead of waiting 55 minutes for standard arrival time it would take an hour or more. If you can't wait, no option to cancel. Not convenient at all. First time using this, but I'll be deleting this after. I'm not sure though for Grab taxi.

Good, but expected arrival time is usually wrong, and many times you get cancelled and waste a lot of time Also, sometimes gps takes bad position and you cannot change, cancel or contact the driver right away, even if it's delivery and you just placed the order which is frustrating )even if it's user mistake The app works generally fine Rates change depending on the peak hour (cam vary 2-3x regular price)

Navigation on the application is now super horrible when you encounter issues that needs to be reported. It as if they did it on purpose. For something as simple as reporting on missing items has now taken me more than 3hours to get through when it used to be so simple. Live Chat doesn't work. Help Support doesn't work. No email provided if both doesn't work. No number to call. Sounds like they don't care if you loose a few bucks over missing food items.

It's always about purchasing grab unlimited, and in return, all my deliveries shows will be back soon. If I have to go pick up. What's the point ordering through here? The location also quite messed up. I pin a location and book ride. The driver is on another side. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It's freaking expensive nowadays. All the time, high demand.

Generally good app. My biggest issue, however, is that it generates too many useless notifications. So for exsmple, if an order is going to take one hour to arrive, I really have to put up the annoying notifications all the entire time, effectively preventing me from doing anything else other than looking the app. Please find a solution for this!

New review: Grab express is useless. You pay more for same day shipping, yet package was never delivered and the driver couldn't be contacted. Low quality drivers is aplenty. Old review: Practically useless. You can wait for hours, but there will be no drivers picking up despite there are plenty of car icons on the map. What's the point of this app again? Lately, I never able to book every time I tried this app.

Very bad user experience. Please set the payment default value to cashless. As a programmer, this should be a very easy task. I wonder why does the app suddenly change the payment method from cashless to cash. It has happened to me more than twice, which was very irritating and made me need to pay the driver with cash. On the other side, I don't have any of this problem with your competitors. Please improve your app.

There's a huge transparent area at the lower part of the map, like 25% of the map area, from the top of the ( i ) icon and the target icon to the bottom, where it masks all map navigation gestures and a slightest upward nudge will zoom out and reset the map. The map even automatically zooms out and resets its own view while zoomed in after a few seconds. Please fix this issue/bug. It makes it extremely hard to navigate the map and find exact locations.

Price ranges are totally random and skyrocket at peak hours. The usability of the map is terrible as it jumps everytime I want to zoom. Same for the drivers location which doesn't renew properly and it's almost impossible to know when a driver will arrive. The navigation also lacks as drivers often experience difficulties in finding the pickup. Waiting time is often too long. Uber is doing a better job by far

A few times I've had issues with support. The automatic chat response is terrible and the wait time to resolve issues are even worse. There's a case which was never resolved and it just went away in the system lol. Now I'm trying to submit a complaint about missing order and it feels like it's intentionally been made difficult (the process i mean).
