Desktop version may also be introduced to accelerate its usage. Bureaucracy is at the back of state failure. Portal may be designed as WhatsApp, i.e., it should work offline mode and complaint may be forwarded as soon as internet is active. It review should not be dependent on active internet just like as WhatsApp. This improvement will enhance its worthiness. So application may be redesigned.

The app and department is nothing but burden and wastage of taxpayers money. In last 4 years registered 6 complaints after getting no response. However all have been closed as "Relief cannot be granted" due to corrupt handlers of the app and institute. I would like to suggest to shut the app and stop wasting taxpayers money over this nonsense app and corrupt team of citzen portal.

I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of response. I've emailed multiple times for a password reset as instructed in the Citizen Portal app, but I haven't received any replies. I registered in 2019 and now can’t recall my login details. The email and phone number displayed during the reset process do not belong to me. I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue.

I have filed 5 complaints up til now but all in vain and waste of time. It's only messaging to one another and time passing. This portal has non serious attitude and looks like formality. There is no feedback after the final comments of the consumer/customer. 😡

Poor redressing system now. It used to be of some value in good old times, now the relevant departments pay no heed. Departments hardly address in 2-3 weeks. In fact the app became true depiction of the country. Chill everywhere.

Might as well take down this whole app since no one's working on cases and giving unsatisfactory feedback due to the gross incompetence. Turns out that after the departure lf a certaing govt, this whole app has become pretty useless.

Very good service overall. But I am facing issue that I needed to read a PDF file and application says that you need to give file access in permission centre. But there is no option of file access in this application's centre. I allowed access to everything but in vain. Please sort this matter out.

When i try to open any document attached in response to my complaint ot gives error to allow internal media storage while in settings there.are only 2 options for.media storage.. Dont allow or allowed upto media files only there is no option for allow internal storage

I am unable to verify my email even after trying for one consecutive week at multiple times, really pathetic as it does not allow to enter or issue complaint unless email is verified, No code received despite multiple efforts. Phone number is already verified, Not sure how to resolve this issue as aaap is not issuing code on email, my email is correct and working absolutely fine.

I'm facing 'permission' issue, when i start to register comolaint and then upload the images a message is generated "go to setting >Permission" even though i have already allow all the permission but same message appear alll the time. So kindly resolve this error on earliest basis Thanks and best regards
