"Bug fixes", "performance enhancements", are good for no user impact updates Although, seriously though, as Google, you should be setting the standard for other devs, not breaking your own guideline... or reconsider if this should be a required field for an app update. When I see the appName as the ONLY text in "what's new", it sounds like an entirely new app...
