Google is the biggest scam in the world. They try to make pay for ads and their app will tell you that their ads are helping you but if you use third party apps that are provided on most website hosting platforms such as Wix Square and some other ones you'll find that their numbers don't jive but they're charging you

The web analytics is working properly but I can't access any information on the app and most of the buttons don't work at all.

About Google Analytics in general & not just the app: it provides a lot of info which is awesome. Negatives: the UI is confusing. There are different sections & charts for various parameters and you need to navigate to the right area in order to find those parameters. For example, UTM links performance are hard to measure because the campaign_id metric is basically non-existent on the dashboard. When it displays the performance of pages, it only the destination link is visible & NOT copyable.
