2024-12-08 | Nathan McConnell | Used to be a 5. Now, every time I use it to shrink portrait style pics, the resulting pic is smaller, but rotated to landscape. I have to open the new image and rotate back to portrait, save as new and delete shrink created pic.
2024-11-28 | Jakub Salamon | grear usability app, just does not support the new .heic format fully - it messes up the orientation of portrait photos on my S23
2024-02-05 | Keith Weikel | Used to be awesome and worked for years! Now it just errors with "some files cannot be shrunken" 100% of the time, and won't shrink anything. I checked permissiins, but can't figure out why it doesn't work any more. Samsung S21 Plus.
2023-10-15 | A Google user | Worked well before but no longer. No shrunken images are stored In the image shrink folder and can't be shared to other apps.
2023-07-25 | Kris Keilhack | Wonderful utility until the latest update! Does NOT work on an S23 Ultra running OneUI 5.1/Android 13! Hangs at the select output folder screen. Roll back to the old version until this is fixed!
2023-01-30 | Andrew | Would be nice to use the app itself to browse and manage images with its own UI... but the "share" method will work well enough for my purposes. Big thanks to the developer for using minimal permissions; my sole reason for using this app over all others.
2022-12-05 | Matthias Lastname | Does what it says on the tin. Small, unobtrusive and as far as I can tell bug-free. There are plenty of prettier apps but I haven't found a more functional one, particularly the possibility to use it as an image source and multiselect pictures is not very common but very practical!
2022-06-10 | TheBiZzZzaaR | I like very much. Only thing I don't like is it flips some of the resized images on their side but then also when you try to fix it doesn't go proper way. Is the a way to make it so they don't go on their side. A certain oixel size? Most my photos are 9:16 or 3:4 and those seem to be the ones that flip. Any help from anyone would be appreciated.
2022-04-18 | Vic's Opinion | Works great to resize however wish you can direct on demand where to save resized images instead of having to set fixed destination, also wish there was a setting to automatically either overwrite, delete or keep the original image after resizing. These are my major gripes with the app.
2021-11-13 | Dominik W | I like the app but there's missed one important option to set exact size of file, for example 250kb, 500kb, etc. Example. I have to apply for some visa. The requirement is to upload documents with maximum 250kb file size each. But your app doesn't have that option. |
