Used to be a 5. Now, every time I use it to shrink portrait style pics, the resulting pic is smaller, but rotated to landscape. I have to open the new image and rotate back to portrait, save as new and delete shrink created pic.

grear usability app, just does not support the new .heic format fully - it messes up the orientation of portrait photos on my S23

Used to be awesome and worked for years! Now it just errors with "some files cannot be shrunken" 100% of the time, and won't shrink anything. I checked permissiins, but can't figure out why it doesn't work any more. Samsung S21 Plus.
