Used to be a 5. Now, every time I use it to shrink portrait style pics, the resulting pic is smaller, but rotated to landscape. I have to open the new image and rotate back to portrait, save as new and delete shrink created pic.

Jakub Salamon, 2024-11-28Used to be awesome and worked for years! Now it just errors with "some files cannot be shrunken" 100% of the time, and won't shrink anything. I checked permissiins, but can't figure out why it doesn't work any more. Samsung S21 Plus.
