I loved this app until I could no longer update it on my S24 Ultra nor could I receive assistance from the developers. I had to install the desktop version on my computer 😔 The developer provided several steps for me to use that didn't work, but I appreciated the support I received. I was finally able to reinstall the app after the Samsung's December software update. All is well in my world again!

Calls bounce around too fast, making it hard to answer. Sometimes,they half ring and bounce as well. Then, sometimes,ur alerted to a missed call that never rang to you. Sometimes u answer ,and you can't hear the person on the other line (this happens a lot). When calling out some times, you get a weird noise instead of the ringing noise, and you never know if it actually rang to the person cause you end up in their voicemail every time.

RC support is a total nonsense: they waste your time with daily emails but without actual actions. After a month[!] of "investigating" the desktop app, they realized it was the "RC phone". The app is rather clunky and heavy: it takes over 500 MB in the phone internal storage (and cannot be stored on the sd card). For comparison, Google Voice that does similar things uses less than 100 MB. I wish there were a separate, light version that has only phone, text message and contacts functionality.

This app is terrible. I have unwillingly had to use this terrible service for years now because my job requires it. I would immediately cancel it if I could. They don't make their apps intuitive. You cannot text someone outside your organization. Whenever they update the app, the layouts change and you have to relearn it. I used to get consistent terrible call quality even on flagship phones like Pixels and Galaxy Ultras but they seemed to have fixed that recently.

This app and service is absolutely horrible do not use! The app doesn't always work it's hit or miss to receive calls. Tech support takes forever to find & correct issues. Everytime they do an update to their apps mobile or desktop, I always have issues afterwards & have to spend hours on the phone with them to troubleshoot issues that rarely gets solved. Don't waste your time or money. I've received 2 bad reviews from customers all because the customer called in & the app didn't ring!!

Thee absolute worst service. Super inconsistent, my phones to my business didn't work for months. Customer service was incompetent every single time I called for help , and each call was over 2 hrs long. They make it impossible to have good service and produce resolution to issues. Not dependable at all.

Unable to access admin section. White screen every time. I have reset, cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled mobile app countless times. It works after resinstalling once and then no longer woeks. Clearly an issue and there are others experiencing same issue all over online forums. This has been happening for months. Totally unacceptable. Apps sucks.

Prior to the update app was great. It's our sole provider for my work phone calls, so it's essential. Although after the update I can no longer transfer phone calls with is a huge issue especially as I need to connect to outside facilities throughout my company. My work around has been to make phone calls through the web browser as I can transfer calls there but not through the app it's not ideal but I suppose it works

Absolute garbage app. I will get a call alert on my computer a full 30 seconds before the app will ring on my phone for me to answer it. It usually rings after they have already hung up or not at all. When it does happen to ring normally, it will say connecting and then not answer about one out of every 4 calls. Do not get yourself locked into a contract with this company.

At first glance, this app/service seems to have it all: phone, texting, phone tree, team messaging, voicemail to text, video conferencing, etc. However, I have found two missing features: 1) While you can set up multiple phone numbers for your business (or multiple businesses) and forward them to your phone, there's no way to tell which phone number the person dialed when you see an incoming call. 2) There's still no way to schedule a text to be sent out at a future time. All-in-all, it's good.
