Replaced my mobile phone and found that the FortiToken app was transferred to the new phone, but none of the tokens were. Tried using the Transfer Tokens function, but an error was generated that could not be resolved. Fortinet support had to send a new registration email for every token that I had in the app (14 in this case). The identities of the tokens changed during this process. I had to manually keep track of which token was for which account.

The worst implementation of OTP I've ever seen. You're forced to use this app for Fortigates. The app is ugly and gives 'invalid character' errors when start to backspace their default names (meaning it added in the invalid characters itself).

Works, but not well. It won't read the QR code in the email that FortiNet sends you. You have to enter the code manually, but even that is confusing. They list two codes, but it is not the first one, it is the second one. But they don't make it real clear. Tech support can't see your emails that are sent to you. But ultimately, did get it working. It's just not really good. One star.

Need this to login to the network at work (I work from home) and it does what it should in that respect, but the UI just isn't quite there yet - it seems to display two fingerprint confirmation screens on startup (the second remains after the first has verified my print, only disappearing after another touch of the screen), and (as others have mentioned) there's no need to hide the OTP from the user once verified (it could be a settings option I suppose).

Works fine. The loading wheel increases as your time expires, instead of decreasing, which is kinda confusing compared to other apps. Also you have to choose to show the code each time which is a bit annoying.

Since the last 2 updates, I'm getting "untrusted certificate" at log on validation. I use this app for work everyday and it's been great. I would give it 5 stars, but this issue is annoying.

As the majority of devices have OLED screen, it will use a lot less power with a complete black background. Also it will be nice to have an option to automatically show the token.

So it asks for my fingerprint thrice on an android device. And then to view the token, i have to click on unhide. What's the sense when I have already authenticated myself and the purpose of the app is to show the token and not keep it hidden by default. All other apps work way better! 4 clicks to view a token. Should be a 0 star.

Please allow for the app to show in the open apps shortcut, it's inconvenient to have to go into the specific folder each time especially given how often the VPN times out. VPN times out all the time and response time for fixing is unacceptably long.

Not sure if the problem is FortiToken or FortiClient but either way I'm not a fan. It's not unusual for days of progress to go out the window because of forti-related issues. Can't speak from the administrative perspective but as an end user who just wants to get some work done I'm not impressed. Possibly relevant: Windows 10 - i7 - GTX 1060
