awesome but gets harder by the day because if you do it correctly you should be sore every day the soreness makes it harder but I enjoy the app

Honestly, this app is amazing. I know this will probably sound like a bot because of how positive I am, lol, but it's genuinely so helpful for me. The Bigger Butt workouts that you can edit based on time & intensity really work. Very few workouts raise my pulse like the ones I do during this app's programmed exercises. Just did a 20-minute workout at medium intensity, and man. I feel fantastic, I feel strong, and I burned a surprising amount of calories. Haven't bought premium yet, but I will :)

Lower Body Workout App helps me very much to track my fitness journey. It also helps me to become more self-conscious and confident myself & my body. It tracks the calories I could burn. Anyone could also pick the time they want their workout to be and the intensity of it. This app is hassle-free and has various workouts for every lower body part anyone wants to focus on. When I look in the mirror, I can visibly see the progress I made after weeks of using this app + diet. Kudos! 👏

It's behind a paywall even though it's the same exercises as other apps. Not to mention 52 mB compared to less than 10 for others.
