| 2023-10-24 |  | | The app and Banking applications are fine and easy to use. However I recently had to file a fraud case with them for an unauthorized charge. They took entirely too long to investigate the case and at one point even returned the money only to reverse their decision the very next day. Ultimately I was denied and had to pay over $800 for a fraudulent charge. They did not protect me. I would strongly advise using a different Banking company. The little Scheels rewards cards are a waste too. |
| 2023-10-19 |  | | the banking company never settles the card transactions but 2 a month instead of every night at end of business day so if you want a payment to show up on your credit card with in 3 business days like advertised you have to call in and pay a fee for them to take your money and pay your bill worst credit card company or bank around just for that reason. you can spend the money but they just don't take it when you try to pay a Bill. |
