The card transactions repeatedly fail. There are many better card options out there to choose from.

Terrible credit card and support is awful. App is the only way I can pay bills as all other options don't get processed appropriately, then leaving me with a late fee each of which has been waived but I've had to spend time calling to get it fixed. No confirmation code after bill paid and can't screen shot the app for proof of payment.
