Delivery drivers don't ring door bells or knock, so make sure you have notifications setup on your phone, especially for areas where your packages can be stolen. I can't say for sure this service at the monthly cost of $25+ is faster than usual carriers such as UPS, Amazon, etc. Most of the time my Amazon packages are delivered to Fetch facility by noon, and I will not receive them until late in the evening the next day. Customer service is good though for packages delivered to wrong address.

Fetch is horribly unprofessional. I was forced to use their "service" due to apartment guidelines and have lost HUNDREDS of dollars worth of packages due to them being stolen by workers, lost, or delivered to the wrong person in a completely different area. There is no way to contact a representative except through email communication, which can take days to weeks to get a response. The app is full of bugs, and even when I have notifications turned on, I never receive notifications.

Fetch provides a "last mile" service to get packages to your apartment. There are a dozen other companies that offer this same service and they are all the same 99% of the time. I am giving Fetch 5 stars for how they reacted the 1% of the time that the package doesn't arrive. I submitted a brief note through the app, fetch support (real person) responded and asked for a couple of screen shots from Amazon, package found and delivered that day. Perfect handling of a frustrating issue.

Use this service over a year with no problems and would give 4 stars but a package (book for school) was misdelivered with signature. I asked for the package to retrieved and delivered to me but they just reimbursed for the cost with no care for the inconvenience. Not sure if I trust them but since the cost of the service is calculated into my rent. I have rented a PO box for my mail orders.

Fetch is a terrible service, someone is either stealing packages and not even trying to deliver them (we have them on camera), the don't notify you that you have a package in the app, and the app doesn't have many options to rectify these constant mistakes. If you're moving and you tour a complex that uses fetch, avoid at all costs. They use random 1099 thieving contactors to deliver things and they're looking for any opportunity to steal your stuff. Even with signature only, they're that bold.

Unreliable about 50% of the time, especially if you have multiple packages. A good case is tonight. My order has two packages from Amazon that were in a single order. The most important item I needed, the ONE item I absolutely had to have this evening, was the one package that DIDN'T ARRIVE! Simply aggravating.

I'm sitting here trying to think of a plus for this service. I'm forced to pay for this service through my apartment complex. I really would prefer not to ever use them. However, some carriers see that the apartment uses them and won't deliver packages to my door. It would be fine if I could actually get Fetch to deliver the package when you schedule, except half the time, it never shows up. Then it's a nightmare to have to go through there almost non-existent customer support to even find it.

They've lost many of my packages in the course of two years. The app asks for the tracking number of the package they lost in the help/ chat section and when you go get it the chat has erased all your info when you come back and you have to start over again. If you have a valuable package I highly advise you you use Amazon pickup locker because it will go "missing" in the warehouse when it arrives. Do not rent from an apartment that uses this, bad management decisions.

Service is terrible. App is worse. They added live chat which is completely broken. You can't see what you are typing. If you switch apps and come back you lose the live chat. You have to start the whole process of "speaking" to a virtual agent which will connect you to live chat. Even then, didn't get any response for 5 mins. No status that I should wait for the next agent, it just doesn't do anything. Connected to agent finally who asked me to upload and image and the upload button didn't work

Where do I start! Scheduled packages for Saturday. Day before I get the message slot unavailable for some items, changed to the next available slot on Saturday. On the day recived one package only and app suddenly shows that other packages are not scheduled! Tried to contact support to tell them about this issue, used the app and finally got to somone and the window refreshed! No way to go back to existing conversation... No way I'll use them going forward.
