Horrible. My Feit Down lights will not connect. I have tried all three methods multiple times, and the lights are in the same room with the Router/Wifi device. The apps keeps timing out the installation. Lights can be seen by my mobile device, but will not register. Wasted 2 hours yesterday. trying to reset three lights. If the app is not fixed, I will return the lights and fill a BBB complaint.

This is just all bad. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! Was such a great handy caWhen somebody appears in video ,video shows that person but fast then slow then fast then slow,come on.then video lags on live time then speeds off n on when people are walking by then they disappear.

David Delguidice, 2024-11-26The app constantly crashes and the devices themselves can't stay connected to Wi-Fi for more than 12 hours. What's the point in having a Wi-Fi enabled light bulb that you have to manually turn off and turn on in order to turn on via the app? This app and these devices are completely useless. After only 2 months, not a single one of them work Great, leave a bad review and they lock you out of your account
