The app is good mostly. However, when I open the actual page for tracking, it always shows me a pop-up to enable notifications. When I click on Update and go through the painstaking process of selecting each option from the menus, and then select save, it doesn't work! And the pop-up is back again next time I want to track the same delivery. Either learn the default choice on cancel or actually make it work. Thanks

This app is not helpful at all. I'm enrolled in the shop and track and delivery manager, yet it shows no packages outgoing or incoming. When I try to connect everything or resign in to pages, they are not found, or error out, or "already enrolled." UPS app is a dream to work with. Why can't Fedex get it together?

Clunky, broken features. The app takes a long time to load. The delivery dashboard had zeroes in all boxes, including On The Way, while my package was enroute. Only when the package was out for delivery did the dashboard show a 1 in the corresponding box. The filters don't work and don't persist. Last evening, the package status indicated delivery is today (s/b tomorrow), causing a brief panic and patio check. The package arrived much earlier than the delivery window, fortunately I was home.
