2024-11-28 | brad bricker | I just deactivated all of my listings because etsy decided to enforce updating identity right before Christmas and didn't seem to like mine. So kept it on vacation mode, stopping my sales right at the busiest time of the year. When I reach out to customer service. They have been unable to help me get back on track. So this is my last attempt to get Etsy to help me resolve this issue, or they will lose me as a seller and a promoter. If they even care, which I guess I'll see. | |
2024-11-26 | Kathy Canuel | The app doesn't notify me of new messages, which is a huge problem. I have all notification categories except messages and sales off and I get notified of sales. I used to get notified of messages but no longer. I just dropped below 95% of my message response over the weekend because I wasn't notified of two messages. I have been checking daily but had a busy weekend and forgot. I've contacted support multiple times before reporting this issue with no results. | |
2024-11-20 | Greg Whitehead | 11/24 update: After searching the fox to remove the OG Etsy app allowed me to install this app without issue. When an item sells, it now displays that snapshot in the notifications, rather than the useless profile picture of the buyer. This is how it was originally and I'm very thankful for it back. The app allows me to do most things I'd expect to be able to do from a mobile device. 4 star still due to the reviews not showing the stars or snapshot in the system notification. | |

I had an issue with the suspending my account while I was setting up and I contact support and they would email me every 3 days with the same email. I explained what was going on and still same email. 2 weeks later they just stopped text and said thank you for contacting us. Horrible customer service. There's much better platforms. | |
2024-11-01 | Katarina Pleskach | I'm so upset - I paid Etsy today and then tried to login again later this morning. Etsy is not sending the security code and I'm locked out of my account! I just received an order of items I planned to add today equaling about 30 new listings - I can't even add them. I've updated my device and software and also contacted my carrier. I'm told it's an issue on Etsy's end. I contacted Etsy support and of course no response. They took my money before locking me out. Looking into competitors now. | |
2024-10-19 | Sapphire Phoenix | Ok so it works. The fees are ridiculous. It charged me 15% cuz of "offsite ads". U r supposed to voluntarily pay for advertising. I can do that myself, they just are taking money now. I recommend moving to another site. I probably will cuz I didn't want ad service, idc about the transaction fees or anything but ads should be optional. I lost almost $8 off a $53 order cuz of the ad fees. That's almost 3× as much I was charged for regular fees. I only use this app cuz it targets what I sell | |

They always tell me everything is fine with my store. I have not been able to get the app to work. The BLUE one. On my phone. I cannot talk to customers or see my messages. | |
2024-09-05 | Tyler | Have watched this app disentigrate for such a long time that I am not just frustrated but am actively considering a new selling platform altogether. Sold on Etsy for 12 years, but I am puzzled at this point. It times out and restarts when one toggles between it and notes apps for information about the item being listed. It no longer allows me to copy and paste into the title for the item listing. It's absurd. It actually takes LONGER to list than 12 years ago. Just frustrating beyond belief. | |
2024-08-26 | Michele Black | Terrible. I can spend an hour trying to upload photos for one listing! I have to upload one photo at a time. The old app was so much nicer and all 10 photos would upload quickly at once. Despite calls to Etsy, I just get told to upload photos to the desktop version. That defeats the purpose, because I take photos with my cellphone. Get it together Etsy! | |
2024-08-25 | Eyubk | This new seller app is horrible. I have customers I have to give my person cell number, because I can't send pictures for them to see custom options. It says pictures don't send, but when you look on the computer, it's been sent. Can't load pictures half the time, took me 3 weeks to get shop off vacation mode because it kept telling me error and for me to contact etsy support. Some orders I can print packing slips and labels, others I have to go to the computer to print anything. Horrible. |
