| 2024-10-18 |  | | The app that manages your entire system is down! I paid a nice chunk of cash for my system. Now it doesn't work. It's not like I bought a bad app. I bought your equipment. Now it doesn't work. Imagine if I was depending on this system to manage my grow. Oh wait, it is! I can't just delete the app and move on. I'm stuck with your equipment! This rating will go to one star fast if this isn't resolved. This is worthy of a BBB call. |
| 2024-10-17 |  | | Everything was working flawlessly until the update on 10/16/24 now I can't even set my temperature parameters as I'd like just keeps telling me to check my wifi settings which everything else connected to wifi functions as it should. This literally defeats the purpose of having a controller if you can not control your enviroment. Will update if and when issue is resolved. |

They eventually stop connecting to the wifi and seemingly need to be completely uninstalled and reinstalled every time that happens. So far there is no easy solution or help. It just stops connecting and tells you to "check wifi settings" as the only possible thing they say you can do, which is unhelpful. Find a better fix for when the controllers stop connecting please. Works after reinstalling, but it's a big pain. |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | Unreliable. When looking at the different ports I have connected, I'll be trying to adjust my heater because it's not running and my tent is too cold. I'll get it to start, the counter shows it's in stage 1, then the app suddenly jumps over to the humidifier portion. When I look at the actual UIS when this is happening, it shows the heater has turned back off, despite the last command be "turn on below this temperature" |

Definitely recommend and I will always be a customer, especially if customer service doesn't change. I have several of the following from them: humidifers(3), heaters (2), wifi pro controllers(2), germination kit w/ controller. Will look into the lights and tent when mine fail to complete takeover! |

You can view a graph of the temperature and humidity so you can make adjustments to your gear and export that data to a spreadsheet. The ACI app is very user-friendly and responsive. |

Besides basic device modes I can also setup advanced automations and alerts as well as check historical data of the parameters and device use. The app is awesome.!! What separates it from others is I can connect it to my Home Assistant smart home hub with a third-party integration. I haven’t found another system that does this. |

| 2024-08-30 |  | | I can't picture a company actually doing a better job than AC Infinity at what they do. I appreciate that they consistently are creating better versions of all of their products. The new oscillating fan release is fantastic and I love that you can adjust the amount of oscillation now. Every time I bought a tent (and I own 4 different sizes now), I noticed small detail changes in the quality of its build and how they have improved upon what they have time and time again. I'm thankful for them. |
